Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role is responsible for leading and delivering ER and IR advice, leading complex case management, supporting IR and driving consistent ER practices across the business. Key Responsibilities Service delivery of ER and IR advice, including providing expert ER and IR advice to leaders, building capability and confidence in managing people matters ER case management, including investigations, performance and conduct matters Managing contractor and industrial risk, particularly across shutdown environments Contribute to the development and execution of IR strategy, including risk mitigation and compliance Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent application of policies and frameworks Reporting and governance Driving continuous improvement of ER processes, systems and workflows Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to deliver best practice ER outcomes About You This role will suit a credible ER/IR specialist with strong business acumen, resilience and a deep understanding of industrial and operational environments.
